Misleading Adverts

It looks like a trend today to have misleading advertisement. I will only write of one example for now, as this one, in my opinion is a real waste of time & human resources for both the company and it's customers.
Telekom Malaysia with it's "Streamyx Combo Promotion at RM60.00"

(i) Streamyx unlimited internet access
(ii) With modem and warranty
(iii) Without TM Homeline monthly rental.

I am currently using the Streamyx RM77 package, with unlimited access, modem & warranty, and the telephone RM38 package.I was at a TM Shop paying some bills and saw this huge banner stating the above.Naturally, with the high inflation, one cannot miss out this opportunity to do some savings. Here I go pressing the customer services button and waited for my turn to speak to the customer service agents. Well, I then learned that this RM60 is a package at 384kbps. As I am currently enjoying the 1Mbps (which I sincerely think it is the minimum speed one can surf the net without stretching your precious time to wait ) , I realised that this advertisement banner could have at least states down the speed at the bottom together with the rest additional information of unlimited access, modem, etc. This will instantly provide the useful information to the potential customers and avoid one to wait and talk to their customer service agents, which is actually a waste of precious time for both parties. I believe there will be others who are similarly in my shoes. Imagine the customer service agents having to explain the same thing to many other customers of a simple information that RM60 Combo package is at 384kbps.
In depth explaining of a product is welcome, however unnecessary explanation should be taken into account.
