Curry Laksa or Curry Mee in USJ2 ,UEP Subang

Penang Curry Mee comes in watery ,redish, pink coloured soup.It comes with the standard clamps and squid and taste a bit salty/sweet. Other Curry Mee comes in thick, red curry soup, fill with chunks of chicken, fish cake and clamps. There is one, as I call it, "Malacca type curry mee", which has red soup and taste a bit sourish and with the rest ingredients of clamps and a choice of Stingray fish and big prawns. I find this rather appetising. This Malacca type I am describing is available at a coffee shop in USJ2, Subang Jaya,Selangor. It is the corner coffee shop located next to Shell petrol station.
Guys, please feel free to share your favourite place. Thanks in advance.

Best Char Kway Teow , in USJ14 ,UEP Subang

To me, the best "Char Kway Teow" should not be oily, but dry. Dry in the sense that it taste a little bit like sandy. I had only two experience with this kind of "Char Kway Teow" , one by a guy who fry's "no pork" Char Kway Teow from Petaling Jaya SS2 ,to Kelana Jaya and then to Damansara Jaya. He only fry maximum two plates at every one time. The other is by a lady in Penang at Swatow Lane. Well, currently I don't seem to be able to find them around. Perhaps someone out knows where they are and be so kind to drop the address. Thank you in advance.

There is also the so called "Lorong Selamat" Char Kway Teow. well, there is one store currently selling in a coffee in USJ14 ,Subang Jaya,Selangor.(See Picture) Not bad, however I still missed the dry, sandy taste.
