Moral of young children educators

From my experience,I have noticed and rather shock to learn that there are a few educators for young children are themselves having bad moral. Imagine what these young children will pick up from these "teachers". What will become of them when they are grown up. My concern to parents, please check the background and make initial spot checks before sending your young children to these education centres. Following are one of my personal,accidental experience :

aa/ One a small scale Chinese language centre. There was this familywho recently moved into our neighbourhood. We residence did not know who they are,but very quickly learn that they are unfriendly and always parked their cars haphazardly with no regards to other road users. (yes, like double parking till blocking half of the street.) They ignore proper disposal of rubbish hence rubbish overflowing onto the street and no bother of cleaning up their own mess. It was only after a few months later when they had an open house for their students and family at their new residence that we learned who they are. We were surprised one day when they quickly did a cleaning job of their homes, however their rubbish are not thrown at proper place, but placed at the end of the street. (you know what I mean, when you sometimes see old,discarded mattresses,cupboards at far end of the street adjacent to main roads...ARE these place designated as rubbish dump ? ) It was then we learned thay are actually foreigners from China and teaching Chinese languages at a centre nearby to young kindergarten children.
It shows total selfishness and disregard of consideration to others .
